True Tower has installed turnstile to control the access by using Proximity Card. Customers must exchange ID card or passport with Proximity Card at the ground floor and 14th floor. Only Authorized persons in "Customer Authorization Form" are able to enter to server room 24x7. Please contact salesperson for details. For the first access, authorized persons must be take a photograph and finger scan to keep record. For the next access, the company will check authorization through finger scan system. In case of site access during off-working hours, please send email specified company name, authorized person's name and car's
