SMS & E-mail Alert is a free-of-charge notification service via mobile phone to inform of the following events.

Send SMS and email for routine Maintenance e.g. monthly MA, yearly MA or any preventive maintenance.

Send SMS and email for job complete notification e.g. SMS will be sent when the MA is finished.

Incident alert. In case of emergency, we will notify customers to urgently prepare for the solution in order to minimize business impact.
